Cancellation &
Appointment Policy

We understand that plans can change. Providing advance notice allows us to offer the appointment to another client and helps our practitioners manage their schedules fairly.

Cancelling or Rescheduling

You may cancel or reschedule using the option provided in your booking confirmation or by contacting Meta Bodyworks.

Your cancellation is not considered complete until it has been submitted through the booking system or acknowledged by Meta Bodyworks.

Late Cancellations

An appointment cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a fee of up to the full appointment price.

The applicable amount may depend on the circumstances and whether the appointment can be filled by another client.

Missed Appointments

If you do not attend your appointment and have not provided notice, the appointment may be charged at the full scheduled price. Prepayment or payment of the outstanding balance may be required before another appointment can be booked.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, your appointment may need to end at the originally scheduled time to avoid delaying the next client.

The full appointment price may still apply. If there is not enough time to provide an appropriate service, the appointment may need to be rescheduled and treated as a late cancellation.

Illness, Emergencies and Serious Circumstances

Please do not attend an in-person appointment if you are experiencing a contagious illness or if attending could place others at risk.

We recognize that emergencies and serious unexpected circumstances occur. Cancellation fees may be reduced or waived at the discretion of Meta Bodyworks. Please contact us as soon as reasonably possible.

Practitioner Cancellations

If Meta Bodyworks or your practitioner must cancel an appointment, you will not be charged. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you and help arrange another appointment.

Insurance and Cancellation Fees

Classes and Movement Programs

Cancellation and refund conditions for classes, workshops or multi-session programs may differ depending on the program. Any program-specific terms will be displayed during registration.

If no separate terms are provided, cancellations made at least 24 hours before a scheduled individual session may be changed or refunded. Cancellations within 24 hours are generally non-refundable except in serious circumstances.

Academy and Online Appointments

Online appointments may be changed or cancelled for a full refund when at least 24 hours’ notice is provided.

Cancellations made within 24 hours are generally non-refundable except where Meta Bodyworks determines that serious circumstances justify an exception.

Packages, Courses and Digital Products

Packages, certification programs, self-paced courses and downloadable products may have separate cancellation or refund terms. The terms shown at registration or purchase apply to those offerings.

Policy Exceptions

Any exception to this policy is considered individually and does not permanently waive the policy for future appointments.
